Mostly used the smudge tool on Photoshop. I first started with the sky colour and filled the page with that colour, then made a new layer and painted a few spots of the sky white, then used the smudge tool. This is how I got the clouds.
To do the flowers and bushes, you have to use the pen to make the outline and get the colour you want. Once that's done, you make a layer UNDERNEATH the outline one and fill the area with the colour you want. Then once the area is filled with colour, you then (on the same layer) get a lighter colour of the one you used and use the smudge tool again on the edge of the object. Depending on the direction of the shade, you brush in that direction.
