Have you ever seen the rain?November rain?
I really don't know, anyway, this was requested by someone.
Now some side notes from the person that requested this alternate universe (gosh, I never thought I would use those words)
- The louds are all genderbent.
- Bobby is genderbent but Ronnie Anne is not.
- Clyde and Linka are best friends and also have a huge crush on each other (they can not spell it out though)

I like it when it rains, with or without lightning. I like it more than even sunny weather.
It's a bit upsetting that we never got any rain this month, nothing but unseasonable warmth and prolonged heatΒ . I mean I know this is Arizona but we're even hotter this year than we were last year and it's not getting any better. I mean we're in the 80s but still. We were in the 90s most of October!Β We did get some rain toward the end of last month but we didn't get a lot of rain this summer through fall (except in July) And it's sad other places got socked and ravaged by Hurricanes, those poor people in Puerto Rico, Houston, Florida, etc, while we were dry and burning! It was frustrating!
Okay enough of this stroll down loser lane, I'm just a little disappointed we don't get to experience November rain where I am. But very nice picture!
Getting away from weather and talking more about the Loud House now, at least you're decisive with gender in your Loud House universe.Β

Β I'm having trouble making up my mind with my characters. I want Lincoln, but I also want his sisters genderbent into brothers, I mean sure they were jerks to him but I still enjoy them. Or maybe I could have Lincoln, Linka, and the Genderbent sisters. Or all 22 children: Lincoln and his sisters and Linka and her brothers. And what about Clyde? Should I have boy-Clyde, girl-Clyde, or both? (in separate bodies!) I cannot make up my mind!

Those details about that alternate universe were not my ideas (actually I not that into alternate universes, I just draw anything that pleases me), instead those were the ideas from the person that requested this scene, not mine.

Oh. I'm sorry, I didn't mean to over-credit you and, although I believe I read the description, I mean I know this was requested, at least I think I knew, somehow it didn't register that this alternate universe wasn't your idea.
I don't blame you for not being into alternate universes, I'm not always into them myself. To be honest, I don't really like Linka as much as Lincoln myself, I like Lincoln just the way he is, as a male (not trying to sound sick by the way, just a personal preference.) I think I also like his sisters as females just fine although I admit I like like their genderbent counterparts, if only they weren't just big jerks, deep down I feel they have better qualities than what was shown. I'm also not all that into the idea of Linka/Girl-Lincoln shipped with Clyde, which is the reason why I made girl-Clyde with boy Lincoln. And I'd do it again.
But now that I know the truth, I give credit to the person, I assume wants to remain anonymous and I highly respect that, who requested this (to the person, I don't have to know who you are if you don't want me to, no hard feelings on me not being into LinkaXClyde? I mean at first I disliked the idea completely but now it's grown on me just a little, and I might do my own fanart of that!)

For such a dark and cloudy day the sweetness between these two is a real ray of sunshine. I love how contented Clyde looks despite being soaking wet, as long as he can keep his good friend dry and comfortable and happy. Sure, Linka already got a bit of water in her hair, but his emotional warmth feels just as good. Let's hope that someday they both decide that it's okay to walk closer together β just because of the rain, of course!

Is one of the oldest clichΓ©s in which the best friends end up falling in love with each other, do not get me wrong, I like it, but there is not much surprise in this story.

I would like to make more of these (gender-bent Clyde with girl Lincoln, honestly I like this better but I'm a little okay with Boy-Clyde and Linka.) In fact one day I plan to draw ClydeXLinka and Girl-ClydeXLincoln all in the same picture, seeing each other!
