I made this to use it as my facebook cover photo and I wanted to share it here too.Enoch was a man in the Bible that walked with God, just as Genesis 5:22 says:
"Enoch walked faithfully with God..."
This is what we know about him, just the 4 Bible verses in the OT that mention his life, but he is mentioned also in the NT in Hebrews 11, the chapter of faith in the Bible, he shares the chapter with other great heros of faith like Noah and Abraham.
Why? Just because he walked with the Lord and pleased Him
"By faith Enoch was taken up so that he would not see death; and he was not found because God took him up; for he obtained the witness that before his being taken up he was pleasing to God."
Hebrews 11:5

Sometimes when I'm stressed I go for a walk and just talk with God. I always feel like the burden was taken from me because He says, "Come to me all you who are weary and heavy burdened and I will give you rest."

Yeah, for a while he was (and still is) an exercise buff. He got hurt and sick, and we moved... so he hasn't really been able to exercise lately. I think this would really encourage him.

Yea, we've got to do it daily, not because of religion, but because we were being made since the beginning we were made to interact with God, and I know it's not always easy, but at the end it's worth it.
