What started as just a doodle ended up being finished and colored!
It's Penny's equally tickle-loving cousin, Ruth! She's become a favorite of mine lately, kind of a tie between her and Kitty.
But I still like all of my girls equally! Just changed up Ruth's personality and characteristics a lot to grow more fond of her.
Ahhh, if only drawing was as quick as thinking of ideas.
