Description
EDIT: Hello, Danbooru Team! I hereby confirm that I sent you a DMCA notice regarding this unauthorized repost of my work: danbooru.donmai.us/posts/64525…A painting to celebrate the coming of spring! I wanted to merge the beauty of winter and spring into one single artwork, so I chose to paint these ermines, whose coat changes depending on the season. I imagined them to be stumbling upon each other where their respective realms meet... Will they be able to cross the border of time to get to know their counterpart? I let you decide!
The days when the temperatures are getting warmer and the snow is melting are among my favorite times of the year. I love taking a stroll in the forest nearby whenever the early spring sun shines; it's still very cold, but beautiful!

How you make colors and shades so soft and inviting is such a talent. Every piece feels like something that should be hanging in someone's house they feel so alive and each one tells a really intriguing story--placing you far away from reality in an uplifting and positive way. The soft yellow light shining down on these little adorable critters makes me want to try more pieces with such a fantastic lighting look to it. LOVE the fur strokes and the grass and everything looks so luscious!

Wow, thank you so much, dear!
I'm very humbled by your incredibly kind words. Visual art is actually difficult for me to create, due to health issues for one part, and mild aphantasia for the other part (the same condition that Coral has, except mine is much less extreme than hers apparently - at least I can visualize blobs of colors). As a consequence, such a nice feedback is very motivational for me, as it's what keeps me painting despite how hard it can be. So yeah, your appreciation means a lot!
