I thought it was a rendition of Kerry Mitchell's Whirls in lkm3, an outer coloring.  Are you familiar with them?

You are so welcome. Was looking at your classic car images again recently. Made me smile, my brother-in-law refurbs some real oldies himself, but he's getting to the stage of not being really fit enough any more to do so. However, his swan song is currently on the go and it's an old MGA from the fifties which I believe is quite a rare animal. This one I really like and am dying to see it finished, although I'm sure he will as usual, take his time. Will post you a photo when it's finally done.

Please do post a pic...  my first car was a `60 MGA Roadster....  i really miss that car but don't fit into one very well anymore.

Simple one layer using Jim Blue's (jlb.ucl) "Shapes Direct" OS coloring that was pretty enuf to post.  Well, at least you and i think it was nice!!
