I did use another artwork for a reference. KEEP IN MIND I DIDNT TRACE IT! If I knew the artist I would put it here.I did redraw it free handedly on paper. Recently I decided to redo it digitally.
I'm not sure what Link it is, but it's Link from Legend of Zelda.

I did use a bubble picture for the background because I didn't feel like drawing in bubbles. XD
This took me to a total of 6 and a half hours.

Probably Link from the legend of zelda oracle of ages, because you get a mermaid suit in that game to further investigate the deep sea. Nice work btw
