Here is another one of my new oc's, Hisashi!! I've just been obsessed with designing my own characters and making them refsheets lately, so here's another one lmao~
He's a pair oc, the other half, Sei (his BOYFRIDN!!!!!!!!!) belongs to Screamsicle !!
