I think this would be a better series than the 2009 series, you know, the new one on the hub, which I still wish they put the 2003 & 2007 version on there, along with the new one, cause it shows the true esscence of the original 1980's version, with the magic spark of the 2003 & 2007 editions, & the "fashion" of the the 2009 series (I'm talking about clothing, not CGI, it would be classic 2D animation), maybe it can even have some plot from My Little Pony Friendship is Magic, you're work is THAT good, don't you think?

The reason there are so many characters in this series is because it's good marketing strategy. Anyone who likes the show, will try to buy all of them. So even if they have a small audience, they make a lot of money; and if they have a huge audience, they make a ton of money. It's a win-win. Lose-lose for the parents who have to supply for this temporary obsession. Is this what you want for Christmas, btw?

Your character art is great & cute, I really hope they do another version of the series with these designs, w/ actual plot lines like "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic", just so they can have start a new era of e/i cartoons for girls, with them showing that girls aren't pretty, pretty, little girly princesses, who spent all their time eating lots of sweets, & do all kinds of dress-up, & tea parties, & makeovers, no, they are normal human beings, that have a mind of their own, & have their rights just like everyone else, so, I think with both famous classic girly cartoon series both having plot lines, I think they can make a deference, plus, with the 2003 & 2007 opening song, it can be cute as heaven.

and I agree it would be nice to see them with more personality, they did try to give them their own sense of style and interests in one version, but in the end they did just scrap that idea and make them girls who just dress up and make smoothies.
