When her father Hiram goes missing again, Olivia gets help from Fievel. And so the two, along with Tony, Tanya and Tiger (latter two off camera) map out the plan to rescue Olivia’s father while at the Astor Library in Manhattan (hence the book in the background).

On a side note: Tony gives Olivia her nickname "Livvie", just like Fievel's nickname "Filly"!
