Breast Cancer is alot like spousal abuse and hetero-rape alike: Tha general/public consensus is that it doesn't/can't happen to men as well but it does though not as much as women and is rarely reported because those that do come forward are often ridiculed for it happening to em...no joke!!

Yes, men can develop it as well, although as you mention not near as much as women of course. And the males who do develop it are many times stigmatized and embarrassed.Β My mother is a breast-cancer survivor, so I have personal experience with this.Β Thanks!!!Β Β
