how do use them? i downloaded them, but im confused

Well once they're downloaded you extract the images, and open them into whatever art program you normally use. I personally work with PSP, but a lot of people use PS, it doesn't matter I suppose.
For instance the smallest rect. stamp is the required DA size. Just add to the stamp whatever you want and upload it to DA. If you need specific help with working with stamps then take a browse through the DA tutorial section.

Oh, you should be able to open them in paint, mspaint? I've occasionally worked between mspaint and PSP.

mspaint is the same thing as paint the "MS" refers to "Microsoft" Paint. It's a small software programe that comes with the computers accessories.
