truth is most the torture and unpleasantness in hell occurs between the hours of eight and eleven AM. the souls of the damned learn quickly not to bother Lou before he's had his morning coffee.it took me forever to get this to look right. lately most my drawings take three or four tries before i get them to look acceptable. used to be i'd get the comic i wanted on my first try. either i'm getting rusty or i'm getting anal.

eh, they call the devil the Morning Star? I'm pretty sure it's planet Venus, as well as some kinda Mace...didn't know there were so many meanings to the phrase!

from what i understand the name Lucifer comes from the Roman asrological term for Morning Star (planet Venus.) atlest that's what wikipedia told me. i've herd Lou refered to as the Morning Star several other times in books and movies.
