it's a pretty funky looking bolter looks fun to use.
the thomson has many namesΒ "Tommy Gun", "Trench Broom", "Trench Sweeper", "Chicago Typewriter", "Chicago Piano", "Chicago Style", "Chicago Organ Grinder","The Chopper".
used by Prohibition-era gangsters. So-named because the sound of a Tommy being fired in the distance resembled the sound of typing on a typewriter, and because the weapon was in popular use throughout south-side Chicago in Al Capone's day.

Resident Evil 4 Chicago Typewriter anyone?
With Leons Mafia costume? JUST EPIC! www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y_kLZlβ¦
Also, only Capone and Dillinger used it, Bonnie and Clyde preffered the B.A.R. and pocket pistol, and shotguns
Its a nice weapon, but expensive. That why in WWII Sargents and Captains used it, it couldnt be mass produced moar easily like the Sten and the MP40

Hate to be the bringer of bad news but, you got a hybrid of the M1928A1 and the M1A1 Tomphson here. The charging handle needs to be on top of the receiver like the MAC-10.

y'know maybe this gangster(the only real gangsters there have been) didn't like to have the charginghandle on top?
maybe he swapped some parts from his boys downtown

Kind of hard to have done that since the M1A1 didn't come available to the civilian market along time after oh... the AKs and Macs took over the streets.

Plus, the mag well of the M1A1 didn't accept the Drum mags. Damn you US Army.... the British got the good ones into their military.

Good shading is good. You forgot to shade the drum though and if you are able to do some light shading as in tone not color on the grips it would look better. You did a damn good job on this!
