T:A:C arms had been asked to build a new rifle or modify a rifle for the escalating pest problem in Australia by the pest control HQ.PCR 'the pest control rifle' was the result.
the PCR is a modified light weight M14 featured with the high tech scope with variable zoom and fair night vision, helical magazine for easier carry on a flatbed truck and high capacity cartridgeload.

cylindrical mag looks strange hanging there on the gun, it doesn't look attached with the open space of a slit it has

The cylindrical magazine needs to have a longer part sticking out, it wouldnt work.
