She had excessive motion sickness before being shrunk so being whipped around on as a Gen Xers earring was unbearable. She had vomited the two previous days, and her titan charge told her if she got sick again that she would just flush her down the toilet. Holding out hope she would be restored was the only thing making her refuse that fate.
