Though an unmovable object to those at her feet, Sam enjoyed the sea breeze flipping her hair. She felt particularly tall today with the tallest buildings not even to her hips. That all changed in a second when the air became stagnant and warm. The horizon no longer included the sea but a shelf. As she attempted to reach towards the lid above, she was startled by a finger tapping the glass.

One of the town’s residents had figured out a way to trap her, at the expense of several blocks of the city also being trapped too. For now, her captor was content to watch her struggle inside a pickle prison for the damage she has caused.
