My latest piece, Stevie Nicks and her dearly departed best friend, Robin. Based on a photo by Herbert Worthington. Robin passed from leukemia in 1982. Stevie wrote the song Gypsy for her, she also married Robin’s husband shortly after her death, also taking on Robin’s newborn son. They divorced 3 months into the marriage. Grief is strange. I love Stevie dearly for being so vulnerable in her music.Related content
