Here's Mr. E as promised, from Ninjago's next season. And as so, we have the three main baddies done!

I like mr e and i think he can be zane from a alternative time line because of wu toold him he that one time he will be a great guy wat makes that zane different in his future this is possible because if you change the past you change a lot and that e sa is zane who lurn his fight skills himself and lurn nothing from wu and wand the garmedon com back as evil lord and this is possible because if you look at the moment were zane sa his real face he was in shock in what he sa it can not be wu who become a cyborg to be imortal because he is old he is dead in the future wat make e a alternative time version of zane that is what i think and i love his design he is a true badass looking villain i like this painting

Well both are dark with red eyes despite the shape, both wield twin katanas (Despite the color difference) Both easily defeats Zane in their first fight and both crack their necks, another thing, the way how they fight is quite all ruthless and lethal since they both have brute strength more than Cole, i even posted images in comparing with texts thedarksorcerer56.deviantart.c…
Even if Cryptor only appeared in Departed Realm being brought back and died again, anything is possible, just like how Pythor returned and somehow survived when he was eaten by the Great Devourer when at first he pretended to be the Mysterious Stranger before he no longer had to hide under his hooded robe, plus when Zane sacrificed himself to destroy the Golden Master, he was brought back when he was rebuilt into his 2.0 form, or like even Pixal when her body was destroyed and her chip was all that remained her active, she has been in Zane and in the computers before she somehow rebuilt her body along her Samurai X suit, So...

Hmm, interesting arguments. The only thing making it not possible is the fact that he is in the Departed Realm, but even that's weird on its own. He's a Nindroid, would an AI go the Departed Realm to begin with? It's strange.
It could very well be him. Nindroids seem to have had a tendency of coming back when we thought they were destroyed, hah.

Well as much as i wish to, i don't think Nindroids/Security Droids will be coming back to help the ninjas no matter how dangerous Ninjago goes through, Remember when Jay and Nya were the only ninjas left and needed allies against Nadakhan and his crew? Why didn't they used Nindroids as their army? Or plus when Cyrus Borg was captured by the Time Twins and the Vermillons, why didn't he simply used his security droids to rescue him instead of waiting for the ninjas? Things like that doesn't make sense a little
Plus since Cryptor is talkative since he likes to taunt his enemies and Mr E is more quieter, it's sometimes possible also that when characters who we know talks alot and returns with a new form, sometimes they change to more quiet persons.

But yeah, just general inconsistencies with Ninjago after all, you'd imagine they'd get those Nindroids at least once, but oh well.
It's likely he could be Cryptor, definitely. There's a couple theories out there and being him seems one of the most likely.

The why will probably be something along the lines of, “you literally left me at the lighthouse to rust,” because if you recall from decoded, Zane does have memories of echo thanks to Nya implanting them into him. So they all knew about him, and they still left him there.
That’s the only justifiable one aside from him getting literally corrupted for some reason.

At this point it would be more shocking if harumi wasn't evil. Hell lego released a sort of stop motion video of the temple of resurrection set where cole and lloyd fight the bad guys AND harumi and the other guy (I forget his name)

Agreed. Yeah, I saw the animation, and it wouldn't surprise me if Hutchins faked his death somehow, having both of them evil.
Who is the real mastermind behind is the question, but I would bet it's Harumi, while Hutchins is just another pawn.

Either that or Hutchins is the reason Harumi is evil. Like he trained her or some shit. Maybe he knew garmadon when he was in inner turmoil because the venom inside him/the new oni stuff and wanted to help him recreate the world in his image but tried to do it through getting in good with the royals instead of literal world domination. The end result being that garmadon gave up his evil ways and then died before that could occur so Hutchins hatches an scheme to bring back garmadon and take over ninjago how germ would.

That would make it all the more sinister. To think evil was within the very government of Ninjago this whole time and no one ever knew, in the form of the loyal guardsman.
The show originally makes you think he's evil, but for different reasons. Just when we would think he was good, there you go! He was not indeed.

That's actually simple, but would be very interesting nonetheless. Heck, pretty much everyone at this point believes the current Zane is indeed a different entity and that the OG did die.
Mr. E didn't even seem to care at all about Zane, he had no mercy. He would need to be far too damaged to go there from the original protect-them-all we know. Also applies for Echo (though with him could be easier seeing he wasn't that much sentient, thus easily manipulable).

OG Zane, as opposed to echo, would have far more interesting motives if he is Mr. E. I mean really think about titanium zane for a second. He was built to replace OG Zane by his girlfriend. (This is some Astro boy level shit right here.) so the Zane who seemingly sacrificed himself for his family is alive and sees that said family literally built a replacement for him when they thought he was dead. Just imagine the psychological implications with that. That’s why he would have the mask of vengeance and that’s why he’s titianium zane’s Main rival this season. He’s too far gone because he’s become dissolusioned with the people around him and would soon rather have Lord garmadon take over the world and be evil again than let his former family be happy after they quite literally replaced him.
Also for why I take my flashback theory so seriously, Mr. E doesn’t talk the entire episode. Not even a grunt. In the beginning of episode 78 Mr. E is just sort of staring at Zane the entire time. And when there’s an opportunity for him to speak, he never spoke. So why would he be credited unless he’s OG zane?

Indeed. Echo never really got anything to look forward to, nor anything to lose. And there's not really a reason why he would want revenge on them.
See, I originally thought the crediting of Mr. E in that episode was simply a way of hyping viewers and make them speculate, but the thought that he did speak, in a way, is far more interesting.
It really would be devastating to see literally everyone you cared about praise and love a dull replica, literally made to replace you (even fans say Zane is just not the same since the Titanium came).
Which makes me wonder, what would happen to Mr. E if he indeed was OG Zane? Would he truly die at the end? Would he be redeemed? Both? They said this would be the darkest season (and so far they've delivered), so I don't expect a happy ending.

I have recently been corrected on how titanium Zane came to exist. Pixal didn’t build him but he rebuilt himself. His spirit somehow went into Cyrus borg’s computer and rebuilt himself.
I’m still sticking to my theory though. Mainly because the show is treating Mr. E’s identity like it’s a big deal so it has to be someone we’ve met before and I think it would be really really cool. Titanium Zane acts more well, robotic than OG Zane. Season 8 will end on a cliffhanger that much is certain.

Agreed. With how much fuzz they give about him, I don't think someone like Echo would give that much of an impact, unless that's not just it and there's more behind it, which wouldn't really surprise me. But yeah, him being OG Zane would give a whole new meaning to his character, all iterations.

Oh it would totally give new meaning to the character we would be seeing the fall of who is without a doubt the most popular character in the franchise. Just imagine the potential for where this could go. The potential is what’s got me hoping for my theory to be true.
Honestly my biggest concern is that he’s somehow the overlord. Idk the overlord playing third fiddle in a biker gang doesn’t sound right at all.

I also remember they said someone important will die. What if this theory is true, and that someone is OG Zane/MR. E? It would truly be the fall of one of, if not the most beloved in the series.
I actually think the Overlord being involved somehow wouldn't be far off. With the Oni introduced, he could have some sort of connectiong to them, seeing he's "the source of all darkness in Ninjago". Maybe bringing back Garmadon could help him and the Oni in some way? In any case, yeah, I hope he's not Mr. E (or not entirely at the very least).

The overlord has to be alive because evil needs to exist in order I balance out the good. That’s why the first spinjitsu master made him in the first place. Him being alive would be about as shocking as Pixal being revealed to be samurai x.

There's the "Golden Dragon Master" in there, the guy in the boxart too. Some think he's the First Spinjitzu Master or Wu (maybe even Garmadon), due to the white eyebrows.
Most interesting is the lack of one of the ninja in these... It might be too early to assume things, but now I'm concerned.

Also if she’s dead it makes no sense because of the reflections of the future! Ugh. The thing I hate the most about ninjago is the blatant disregard for previously established rules for how the world works and just previously established things. Everyone thinks Cole is going to die because he’s the only one who can die. Everyone else has a confirmed future. Even Nya.
My point is that the prospect of killing her seems to be just for shock value and only happening possibly because LEGO doesn’t want a girl ninja on the team anymore. Sure skylor is confirmed to be in the next wave but come on. We can’t have two girls just one?

I honestly want to doubt Nya will die. Likewise, I think it would be pointless if she died after she already did on Skybound. I want to think the set she appears in hasn't been leaked and/or is some obscure Target/Wal-mart/whatever exclusive or something. Why though? Who knows.
And yeah, totally agreed. I've kinda come to accept that's just how Ninjago is and that it might never change, but eh. I could go on and on about it.
LEGO has had more that one girl in other themes (Ultra Agents, Agents, Alpha Team), so they have no reason to not do it here too. Granted, it mostly is only one, but seeing how big Ninjago is, I feel like there should be more.

I mean let’s be real here, a big portion of the fan base are girls. I’m one and the whole reason we got the dumbass love triangle in season 3 was the writers attempt to appeal to the girls. Something that backfired hard.
Out of curiosity, have you seen episode 80? My hopes for Mr. E being OG Zane are being dashed as he’s credited in that episode, albeit very last. I can’t tell when he spoke though.

I’m getting worried about how easy the twists are getting to guess. I mean, everyone’s called all of the major reveals. Wu is the baby, Pixal is the samurai, and Harumi was the quiet one. All that’s left is echo being Mr. E and I will be convinced that the bros still don’t know how to make plot twists unpredictable.

Honestly, I don't quite believe Harumi is the Quiet One. Not yet. It seems too easy. She's clearly evil though, which is still a "oh noes! Totally unexpected!" case.
It could still be Hutchins, which people don't seem to expect as much from what I'm seeing.
If she is though, yeah, that'll be disappointing, as far as plot twists go.

Other than that though, I do like the episode. Harumi's origin story is appreciated. I mean someone should've hold a grudge against them after everything that has happened! Something that bugged me after the whole deal with Stiix went as well.
