This mewtwo is a higher-up model, created by team Plasma who had happened to recreate him in the Alpha's image. However, they were not successful enough as to restraining this behemoth. Due to a heightened intelligence, Mew... three was able to grasp the concepts of writing and left behind an extract of it's "life".

"Throughout my journey I have seen many a Pokemon, none of which were a good enough match to my force. This one pokemon in Particular, (I do believe the humans call it Cubone) had a valuable piece of armor which I was able to use. It seems there is no flesh under the skull helmet, only muscle. Perhaps this is due to adapting to a keen sense of vision, and no other better senses? I may never know."
