I saw this piece last night and just gasped! You got him right where you want him! As for something being wrong with his one eye, there isn't. It's just the way the light's hitting him.
One suggestion here, though. How about a bit of his costume--maybe the "S" and a touch of his cape or, as Kent, just a bit of his white shirt and his glasses.
