So my friends and coworkers, Everett Downing and Austin Madison were talking about the new Batman story arc. Admittedly, I haven't read the new Batman arc, because I am waiting for the trade. It's what happens when I miss an issue, anyways eventually the discussion turned to Nightwing, who is my favorite DC character. I told them I wasn't too thrilled with the new costume. I'm not digging the red and black. He looks like Daredevil to me. So Austin says, well you know we gotta do Nightwing drawings! Not bad, I like how (Mostly the cape and full mask) reminds me of his tenure as Batman (Which I so sorely miss). I would have loved to see this in the comics as kind of a transition from Batman back to Nightwing.

Yeah, I really wish we at least got some kind of send off story about how/why he decided to stop being Batman when everyone seemed to be cool with it. Granted, have not been reading much in the way of DC lately. lol
