its from that time period and both did time in the military as Forwards operations birds.. Both get phased out roughly the same time but the OV-01 has returned to the limited operations in the air force .

I remember that type of plane from the movie BAT21, I've also heard that Broncos had been used by Border Patrol officers and DEA agents.

yeah they acquired them when the military retired them the forestry got a lot for fire fighting operations, and many local law enforcement agencies. most cases all they had to do was pay to have the bird transported via truck since lot where disassembled..
