You know, your changes here were so subtle I had to load up both versions in tabs and flip back and forth between the two before I finally saw what you changed other than the positioning of the text.

i had to change the position of the text, because the new breast size caused it to overlap onto them.

My hypothesis for why it seems like such a minor change is that it's a matter of detail. The text is full of detail, so moving it results in the change being very obvious. The change to the breast size, however, is modifying a section of the image which doesn't have much detail to begin with and doesn't result in a substantial change in the amount of detail in the area.
Okay, I think I'd better shut up now before I go off on a tangent involving a lot of technobabble.
