how bizarre: that actually looks pleasing to the eye, even if the theme is obviously... well, grotesque.
maybe it's the warm colours, and the kind of... amusing expressions of the zombies. I think the half-alive dude also adds a sense of balance to the gore-ness, which kind of "soothes" it out.
