......ready. Atlast.GAZE UPON IT'S BACKGROUD! Hohohohoohohohohohohohoohoh. I did it. I diiid iiit.
God I'm so tired now.. @_@
Here is Garand, my eternal dragon person, looking but not seeing the falling sky he has jinxed on himself. The blue era will fall, and the blue sky that he has so much yearned for will overcome their eternal night. Only he cannot see it... Because he is BLIND! MUHAHAHAAA! .... I mean.. *cough* Oh woe is he. And so on. And ironically, the blue of the sky will allways shine from his blind eyes... for everyone else but for him. Crownless, he shall be fading to his son's throne's daaaark and eeeeeviiilll shadow of doom.
Oh, and yah.. Garand is my very first RPG character ever... awww.
And so on... I really hope you will leave comments, because this is something I worked on for eternity. It's my best computer coloration ever... so please be kind and express yourself...
[Edit] I forgot to mention... Pencil sketch, coloured with OC3 and touched up with paintshop pro... painting done all by MOUSE.

This is so beautiful. I love all the eyes, especially the two that are normally there. The hair is nice, and so are the hands. I like how they actually look thick and real. This is a really nice piece. Bravo!

I love the mood and coloring and have to say--what a crazy, interesting character. I've played a bit, and folks seem to get stuck in ruts--obviously, this isn't the case here.

Ah, how I treasure this sight so much too~
The enchantment of a scenery you've weaved, and his excuisite features, this illusion of the forgotten rule on the silent desert, when his time comes to it's end, while his life has never been complite...
I absolutely love the background, the dunes of the most softest sands, how your brush has caressed them, created all those beautiful most delicate hues and shades, binded them together in such tender manner.~
The sand seems like... soft fairy whispers... those hues on it are just so divine... Love those colours, their flow.
And his skin is so beutifull too, how it covers his royal feautures, all the delicate shades on it, that hue like forgotten ash and red crimson blood in a plum like mix, and how the coy light that he can not see is playing on his skin...
And the hues on his white hair, covered in grey ash, the lighter braids of it, the different shifting hues while the colors change on the different curls...
So beautiful work... crafted and divine...

The way you used bright blue in the middle of all that doom and gloom looks brilliant and well the whole thing is just so stab-stab-good. It's so original too, I don't remember when I last saw sand colloured that way; it's so realistic.

This is absolutely amazing. His hair and eyes and everything. Those sky blue jewels ( ? ) in his skin, face and hands. His hands are ... interesting and fabulous mix of hands and claws. Sheesh girl.

Beautiful! The pieces of sky falling to the ground are so bright and lovely, which really adds to the whole "he'll never see the sky he's yearned so much for again" theme. His hair was painted wonderfully, and it looks like you know your anatomy. ^^ I can't find a single thing I don't like about this picture. The composition is great--the grey sky at the top and the figure with dark clothing at the bottom..and then the fact that you did the whole thing by mouse astounds me to no end. I love it!

You finally got it finished!
It looks so awesome... everything is so... the way it should be!
His expression, the messy hair, the comets falling, the colors, the mood of the picture...
The comets look great, they're the part that really caught my attention already when you showed me the unfinished version ages ago... I love the glowing edges and the smoky 'tails' of them. And they balance the picture so nicely with thise glowy-parts of Garands face and body.

Fabulous, for mouse or tablet level of quality. Before reading your (however sniffle-inducing) story, I first saw it as a Cassandra-ish character, a non-selfrighteous sage that told everybody it was coming, but they just wouldn't listen. The unity between the falling stones and the blue stones and eyes of the figure are supertasty, and really stand out against the neutral clouds and sky. I wish a tiny bit that there were a bit more contrast between the dune (?) and said sky, but I actually like the focus on the blue elements, too. His legs seem lost in the folds, but his face and the build and slight twist of his torso are lovely.
This is hella better than my one full-on digital painting, even with your mouse vs. my tablet thrown in the stats. I cry.

Great job--I love the contrast between all the muted tones and the jewels and shooting-star-things. And those jewels embedded in his skin are awesome; kind of disturbing but pretty.

Good lordy this is amazing. Thesoft colours, the surface... Great contrast effect with the wild blurry clouds and the clear lights. The small sharp details like the hair compleatly make it come alive. And not just that: one can not forget your gorgeous grasp of full and firm bodies/anatomy. "Well hot damn." is about all i can say, really.
