I made this as a pair to an older picture some time ago.Now year/s later, I finally got myself together and coloured it. XD
It's Garand, in his most fitting outfit.. Smile.

That gem-bit looks familiar... You were colouring this at the Copic Markers' table in Animecon, weren't you? I could be wrong though.
I like the overall details: the headdress, the very soft looking fluffy bits and the contrast of black against pure white.
