Description *roweny 's beautifull characters from her upcoming comic, Illusions.

The man on the lamp is called Kinre and the other man, pale and spookylooking, is the one that arranges things so that people will have a good death. He is... Mr... Death? I dunno, *roweny told me he had no name so...

Anyway, he's nice.. And if you are wondering his odd looks, it is because he DOES look odd. He's loooong. He has six fingers on each hand, two of those are thumbs. And he even has a thumb like things on his feet too...

Markers A3. Woo? I'm happy with this... I hope I get lots of comments and critics for this one..^^

You have singlehandedly ensured that I will read her comic.

I love the line weights and angles and curves; all of that is brilliant. The colors are the right mixture of brights and pastels to make it eyecatching but not glaring. All of the little details are simply enchanting--I keep looking and looking and finding new things. All in all, a fantastic piece of work.

What is that nifty mechanical dragon thing off on the left? I covet it! haha I hope when her comic gets published they make little action figures. I am going to collect that dragon thing first

It's so heartwarming, inspireing, that you like my characters in such manner...~
I'm not sure can I really tell you how much it means to me, but I'm encouraged about it... I don't want to give up, forget all by ideas, visions and plots... and that is much, atleast in my mind, for usually I just start hinder with my ideas, loathing them, and me, eventually...

And I really adore this picture, especially the way you've inked them so freely, vividly, thinking out of the whole 'concept of inking', but thinking more about just beautiful lines, drawing, and I love that...
Kissies~
And I'm allways so amazed with you ability of understanding lightening, portreying such beautiful, like gently caressing shadows.
And I love the lamp, all those little shapes, flows in it, an all those surreal little details, like the flow of your mind, and the shadowy mist, coming from my mysteryman.
Grand work darling, it is really intreating, and different.

GNARR. With the lovely craziness and expression and the wheefun composition. I wish you'd loaded this sooner, so I could have included it in my "Digital Evolution: A Postmodern look at Independent Artwork of the Internet Generation" presentation tooooday. (The name keeps getting longer everytime I type it. @_o) Anyway, much with the lovely. I really want to know more about these characters. And the setting. And the symbols. and the odd ability this image has for making me seem spazzy.

And...it seems Kinre's groin is saying hello. Hello Kinre's groin.

WOW!!!! I just had to look the full wiew from this. It is so incredible. It is very much worth of seeing all the details.

I love the detailing on this, the expressions, mirror efect there just next to mr. nameless dudeΒ΄s face. OMG. And that watch of past and future (hey this is just suggestion but could that pale dudes name be kinda The Lord of Past and Future? or something just a suggestion) .

I love!

His just the 'Mysteryman', I'm afraid. ;grin;
Since... hmm... I'm not still quite sure is his assignment permanent, or is it variable, like the assignments of other forces moving the realities of illusions are.
If it is permanent, he is only a mirage of death, composed by the force of belief, the Mysteryman; and in the other hand, if there will be others after him, and have been before him, he will need a name.
huuummmm...
Damn. I don't feel so comffortable with names...

Names are always a dilemma. That is so difficult to decide what name is really suitable for a character. It just has to fit them. I do also have big trouble with naming charas.

i'm suprised that not many people have commented on this yet OO i so love the water affect in it and the background is stunning and matches with the two chracters, seems very chaotic ^^

This is really good. I like the characters and in all, the image is brilliant. Sadly, I haven't got much to criticize about, only this: there are lots of green glowing things. Then, there's a huge burning globe high in the sky. Why doesn't it cast a red light over the characters? Now it seems that the red light only hits the background, sky and the buildings but not the characters or the "dragon".

But. Kinre is excellent, the nice-death-arranger-fellow looks odd and non-human, just like it should? Swirlies rock and the green lights are neat. And, you really have a thing with dragons, a fetish even. Nothing wrong with that, since your dragons look brilliant. The techno-dragon is an amazing sight.

Good work, you!

Ah-HA! Now about the red glowing orb... It's nothing but the ordinary sun... a bit stylized, but sun nonetheless, and even when sun is red, it doesn't cast red light on people, not if they are on a green lamp or such... ^^
Sun's light, thouhg in this one it is quite vague, doesn't come too radically on people, because it is Soooooooooo far away.
Even if it would cast some kind of colour on them, it would be yellow, not red... *Just took pictures in conditions like these .... err... sunset. Not red glowing orbs but red anyways.*

Aaaaand the buildings are just brown... I didn't think they would be redded by the orbish thing...O_O Hmm.... though it could be like that, yeeees. *le tired* I neeeeed coffee.

Woot! But thank you for the comment, you isopÀÀ!

Great marker work, this isn't completely my forte so I don't know exactly how to critique. A lot of it it's in your style. I have a slight suggestion for your bg though, I think it would help if you increased the darkness the lower you go down the buildings.
