i was browsing through my old ms paint folders looking for some character art and i found an apparent base i had made? it's a monstrosity. this was 2008. i did a quick revamp of the base, and now both the new one and the old one (because why not) are available as 50x50 icon base! cool!rules:
* don't use these for commissions, adopts, customs or contests
* credit where possible
* that's it i guess? basically don't make profit off of these in any way and do not pretend you made this base.

sorry, i'd rather not you used them for adopts at all. you can use them for gifts, though, so if you want to gift someone a design you could use this base for that. (i know it's a very minimal difference but still!)
