This is my entry for 's contest.Growing up, visual kei was a major influence to me. I remember having school binders just plastered with various band photos, and when I could, I would scrounge up money for a SHOXX magazine. Heh, in fact, I still have those on me. I adored the outfits, the makeup, the hair... Of course, when you're starting out drawing, visual kei may not be the best choice. I used to spend hours trying to figure out just how the hell those outfits would work. I still have trouble with them haha~
Heh, trying to write this is pulling up a bunch of old memories. The only time I almost got in a fight was thanks to some kid insulting DIR EN GREY. I was the type of kid who avoided confrontation. But uuuugh those outfits... ; w ; If I had the money, I would be wearing stuff like that all the time.
So, this is my contribution, my entry. Wolf and Red Fox wearing some simple visual kei outfits~ I had a lot of fun drawing this~!!

Ah! Visual Kei! I honestly admit that some people wearing in those kind of styles are very pretty and handsome and pulls my dokidoki string <3 but also some that made my head go ?????????? Because the clutterness and styles made me so confused like how does that work ?????? So I would understand that it would be difficult to understand when creating some visual kei outfits! I would have gotten collections and bundles of magazines but it's so slow here, there's nothing special and trendy about those ; v ;
Wait, so you got in a fight with them? What happened? I'd understand why people who be scared or dislike visual kei since they look scary (and hot at some points!) And probably make up on males may offend some male people but it's okay! //hugs. It's just their "unaccepting and not understanding" personality to understand why others like something far different from themselves. (Which makes you special for liking something different than common!)

It's been such a long time since I've talked to anyone about visual kei besides my sister lol~ I grew up in the South in United States, so hardly anyone knew about it. In fact, the kid who was insulting my bands was some country boy. Haha, it was during a debate competition, almost...jeeze... ten years ago! My other teammates held me back before I could do anything stupid and swing a punch. The kid didn't bother me anymore though~!
