Description
My first custom transformer!A transformer that turns into a Halo Warthog. It was modifired from a Hardtop figure.
The proportions are a bit off in vehicle mode because I didn't want to alter the vehicle so much the figure couldn't transform
I also stuck the armor panels onto his sniper rifle to further resemble the Turret in vehicle mode.
And if you're going to favorite, leave a comment.

I didn't.
I used "Hardtop" I think his name was, a scout class from the 2007 lineup.
Then used Apoxy sculpt and sculpted out the parts that were different from the base mold. Then acrylic paint.

Actually i have recently come across a halo warthog custom that was made from the new Transformers classics Hound mold and todd mcfarlanes 5 inch warthog figure. With a 5 inch master chief head too.

You should get this professionally made, to make it look like the real thing more! Then you should make a series of halo vehicles, and sell them! Ill buy one!

Hey there! Dude, for a first custom that's really pretty cool. What did you use to sculpt the windshield and bars with? Might I suggest Apoxie sculpt or Fixit sculpt for a lightweight, easily sculpted material that doesn't need baking to cure.

That is actually what I used
I went to your site, looked it up and ordered some heheh.
Do you usually wait a little after blending the two parts before sculpting with the clay? cause on your site you said it holds up better than sculpey but when I tried it collapsed just as easily (but is quite a bit more sturdy once hardened)
Thanks for all your help and information.

With Apoxie Sculpt you need to wait 30-40 minutes for it to set up before you sculpt. With Fixit Sculpt you can pretty much use it right away after you mix it. Check the guides out on my site for both products.

alright.
I beleive I got the Apoxie Sculpt from Aves.
thanks for all the information, it's a lot of help for customizers. Now my only problem is finding good figures to use for parts.
