These are fantastic. Even just the ideas behind the two raised homes are beautiful, but then you brought them to life with such beauty and great technique. The contrast between them is quite stunning too, from the very prickly base and lots of edges to the much smoother trees supporting the second. Great designs both, and if they were real it would be hard for me to choose which one to buy as my home. The tower is lovely too, and quite a grand idea. It would make a good town hall with room for offices (especially the "higher" office with extra room) plus the belfry could also make a great lookout spot.

These are marvellous! They've all got such unique charm to them, and I'm so impressed at how detailed they are. Who knew toothpicks could combine to form something so wonderful? But then that's art for you

Do you use white glue or hot glue for these?Β The detail is fantastic, which tells me it takes a long time for you to slowly put them together.Β Excellent!

Really amazing work! Beautiful pieces!
Years ago I made some pieces in a similar fashion, fun stuff, but I also had this friend, a magician from Chicago who was a good friend of Copperfield, anyway, Β he would make the most intricate vintage-style Okito cabinets, also known as a Chinese Checker cabinets, complete with hidden drawers and compartments entirely of toothpicks. it was so interesting - he even got a five page main spread in Magic magazine back then.
With your attention to detail , it's just a thought of something you might try in the future, I seem to remember his pieces commanded very high prices!
Thank you for bringing back a great memory, and again, simply amazing work!
