I reeally like those little purple highlights on his gloves. Maybe some stains he couldn't get out. From Scout. He spilt... grape juice everywhere during a procedure. Excitable little guy.
Actually, all the attention you gave to his hands is delicious. Tendons and knuckles and a slight shine on otherwise matte gloves, oooh. The buttons on his shirt are a little on the microscopic side, but the colours suggesting cloth folds are pretty nice. Also I generally have a hard time denying dat rape face, so points all around.

I realized the button problem I have done with a lot of pictures and well I hope I won't end up doing that again, you'd need pretty tiny skilled hands to work with such buttons.
