Description
Carnotaurus was a very fast animal, thanks to the caudofemoralis muscles located on its thigh bone. This beast resided in what is today South America during the late Cretaceous. The use of its impressive horns on its skull still isn't entirely clear. it also sports the shortest forelimbs of any discovered theropod dinosaur. Since it had a fairly small jaw, carnotaurus would be able to perform quick bites, but not fairly strong ones.
