Yes, people really walk along there. (tourists in they're way to the peak) And yes...it's pretty easy to slide off, but it won't happen if they will pay enough attention.

Well... i don't know if you ever visited Ceahlau, but except some tourists you won't see too many people there... like on any peak of a mountain
