I just realized that nobody has made an image of the official grouping of Thunder Force. i've been curious what they would look like all together and here's an example of it!Love it or Hate it!

As if "Hate it" were an option (and why should it be?).
Seems Wildman and 42X are the only two taking this team seriously.
Though Suit looks like he means business, with him it's hard to tell for sure...

i had fun drawing the suit. everyone looks good in a suit, even if you can't see them! in my pencils i had a head drawn in there to have a reference for where his hat would be. weird to erase it and see an invisible man!

He's a lot easier to draw that way. I always start with a basic skeletal frame (head included) when drawing him, just like with any other character I draw. Otherwise, he just looks like a pile of clothes floating in the air.

thanx! glad you like it. i didn't do the latest version of schoolgirl with the hat. i went with the "cannon" pix from the characters official DU entries. didn't even think about that till i got done.

Don't worry about it. The hat is only an occasional accessory anyway. In fact, I have plans to design variant costumes for her in the near future.

thanx. the one disappointing thing is that i wish i had them interracting more. i have most of them just sort of staring off or posing or whatnot. i did manage to have vicky giving the eye to the only other teenage member of the group and him sort of looking back. fisty is sort of trying to talk to someone and schoolgirl is coyly looking at the suit for some reason. dunno. i guess i'm not sure how they would interact, either.

The only certainty is Cross & Wildman being friends since that was shown in AFL during their fight. I'm not entirely sure what Wildman would make of everyone else though. He'd probably see Vicky as a sort of little sister character since she's fairly young & looks quite innocent and he'd probably be willing to pull a few pranks with Suit using his own invisibility. I suppose until we know how they would all interact with each other it's almost impossible to do anything but have them posing. I like the idea of Vicky having a crush on Wireless though maybe if you do an updated version in the future you could touch on that.

it's sort of a second try at getting characters right. i tried to have the characters more like they should be in this pic. when i drew fisticuff before, i assumed she was HUGE so i drew her as the brick. after seeing her standing next to agent 42x in her intro comic, i realized how short she is! so i drew her the correct size. i have cross a bit happier since he sees Thunder Force as a new beginning for him. i drew vicky flirting with wireless and the suit and schoolgirl flirting or interracting in some way, too.
anyway, i hope as we go along we get to know each other's characters better and see how they gel as a team.
this also makes me want to draw a Thunder Force Reserves Team pic!

Yeah, it kind of dawned on me too how short Fisticuff was when I saw her intro. I also like the interactions you placed on the other characters. All of these characters are so different from one another, but I think they would all fit well as a team. We'll find out soon enough.
A TF reserve pic would be cool too! They are an interesting bunch when put together.

I actually did a Panel with 8 of the team in my recruit pages (at least in a silouetted form, leaving only 42X out because he had lines -> [link] ).

actually he's about 18 but he's also supposed to be really scrawny and under athletic so he looks younger. Personally I like how it turned out
