i am not depressed but thats how i feel when i am sad from something

You can't just tell them to cheer up. Its not that easy. Trust me, I know a few depressed females, no matter how much I try to cheer them up they always go to that dark place in their hearts eventually.

I feel like you captured this emotion very truthfully. It has a dark feel but there's still light at the top just like in everyones life.. It's just always hard to climb those stairs
