I'm still having fun making cars for Gaslands and I decided that each vehicle needed it's own post so I could revel in it's tiny glory. Photographing tiny cars, it turns out, is an art of it's own and one I'm not terribly skilled at. Getting the lighting right for good color is really tough! But I tried my best.

This is Phoenix. The driver, Michael Pierlot, used to be a big hot shot in the world of auto-dueling. Then, after a terrible crash, he disappeared from the limelight. Many fans assumed he was dead. But recently he's back on the death-racing circuit with a new teammate, his son!
