I think if you're going to go black and white, you might want to consider upping the contrast and darkening the overall photo. Right now, it looks a little washed out...I do like the subject and location and placement and all that...just a suggestion!!

thanks for the feedback- totally agree. I must admit I felt much more at home in the darkroom with b&w and totally out of control with color, and this flipped upside down in digital.

Quick bit of trivia on Hollybank. It used to be an old fashioned wooden tennis racket plantation. Its hard to not see the lines of trees still, and they lean toward the sun, so it can be tempting to follow the lean and loose your horizon(balance!)
