Thanks. The camera was a new nikon d90 I was trying from work (camera shop). Really nice camera, but both!!!! of the 16-85 vr lenses that I tried broke (vr went berserk).The noise was abit poor, but probably my fault not knowing the camera. Have now settled on 50d canon- always canon, but the suits me.

Nice choice Sony. In Australia they are starting to eat into Canon/Nikon more and more. I also like Olympus lenses but not their cameras so much (in slrs), although they do amazing compacts.

ah, ye, I have to agree, I dont really care much for olympus as an slr, but they make great compacts, i borrowed one of my friends compact once when my old camrea, a canon ixus was broken, and I really enjoyed it. but when I tried the slr in the store, I really couldnt stand the menues, and it was way to.. intricate... like, not that many already done moduses and stuff, Im just an amateur so I need ready made moduses
