Wow, that's amazing. The shading is awesoooome, and the hand of the guardian is well drawn, hands seem to be hard until you get the hang of them.

There are plenty of video-game producing companies out there, you just have to find them and contact them.
Make a portfolio and see if you can send it to lots of companies that design video-games.
Chances aren't amazing, because a lot of people do this kind of thing, but if one of the guys checking out your work sees something he really likes, he may just give you a call, you know what I'm saying?
I'd hate to see your talent go to waste, and your sketch work is amazing!

that's really good, the suffering is really strong and clear troughtout the whole thing. It takes a while to get it, but when you do, it's really good and original.
