Description
Since *PrimeHunter01 's greedy heart wanted more.Notice the ghost of a smile?
I think will be the the definitive edit; I tried to capture your character to the best of my ability here. The other shot I had was a little too zoomed out to capture the detail I wanted once converted.
(I tried my best to edit the scar in, although I can't say I'm 100% happy with the result...I hope you can enjoy it, anyway.)
Credit to,*Kay-double-O-Zii , a friend with far more knowledge than I, for advice on color adjustment.

Awesome.
The scar's quite realistic, it even rolls around the eyelid!
Just a question: were the stars there, or did you add them in?

Some stars were there (just from the stage background) but there was too much glaring blank space in the background, so I filled in some of it with additional ones.

I see. You really couldn't tell, it was really well done.

Haha, I actually noticed the smile first. As a side note, am I the only one who thought of the words "Float butterfly, float." when I saw this?

Wow, it does look like Lucario is smiling - just a teensy bit.
Again, excellent photo manipulation! The eye is a bit redder (correct me if I'm wrong), and the scar is put in place. The wings are set.
There is one thing I will suggest, though. The black wing and the black areas on Lucario aren't the same hue, or darkness. This is really easy to fix, I believe. Just take the black wing (if it's on it's own transparent layer) and pull up the Hue/Saturation dialogue box (Ctrl U) and toy with the settings. I'm thinking about moving the slider on the hue towards the red slightly, and lower the saturation down into the negatives.

Indeed, the eye is reddened. The scar was a bit of a pain - I actually had to use the sharpen tool to lower it's quality so it looked at least half believably real given the rest of the snapshot.
You know, I never even thought of the wing color - I guess it takes a more practiced eye, like your own. The lighting is tricky...the characters have a measure of white-light higlight on their base textures (I think it's most noticable on Lucario's toes.), so that messes with things a bit. I'll be sure to try your suggestions, though! (Thankfully, the wings are on their own layer!)Thanks KOOZ!

Now you mention the highlights, then perhaps you can go to Image>Adjustments>Brightness/Contrast. Or Image>Adjustments>Shadows/Highlights. Be careful of clipping shadows and highlights with the Brightness/Contrast. And be careful with odd discolorations in Shadows/Highlights.
Of course, there is always the manual option...
You can create a new layer above the black wing and set it to a low opacity. Then, taking a small, soft brush, paint a whitish-gray over the areas of highlight (such as the shoulder and the wrist of the wing).
I'm always here to give some hints, if you happen to need some.

Oh, that greedy heart of mine!
Nonetheless, it was satisfied.
You went the extra mile when you edited the scar and smile (a ghost of one? Perhaps. But it's actually very noticeable, especially with the usual stern look Lucario has)! ~
Well done Nero! I shall try more of these photo editing stuff so that I could conjure up something myself.

I'll admit - I did a LOT more fine editing on this one.

And what a beautiful job too.
Did you edit the eye color a bit? If not, then I'm just going crazy.

Yes, I did - I found the color to be a little too orange, so I reddened it a little, and smoothed out some of the pixel-ee jaggedness.

I kinda wish that Lucario in Brawl could crease a smile at times...
I mean, they creased Diddy's mouth when he's being damaged...
