I really love the sharp contrast +) It makes it look even more dangerous, and being so close to the scissors makes me kinda nervous. They look almost as if they're about to strike xD

It seems to me that this one is open to a lot of interpretations.
For instance, I see the scissors as that force of imperfection and pain in life, leaving its mark on you forever; prominently guarding it's victim.
But, maybe it's a pair of scissors <.<....>.> ^.^;
