the orignal one is bit less yellow and more greenish ......... in the last moment of submission i made changes because i was not satisfied with the work so i made some changes to make it more realistic .........for you ill be uploadin the orignal one ........ thanx for faving and adding me as frnd

Looks like an opacity clouds background, with a black and white front, stairs, rising sun brush, rainbows? I wanna try that.

good.........but the way you made it is different and the way i made is different ......it took much time to make rainbow and sun shine is also hand made (not a brush).......i took me 1 and 1/2 hour but you made it very quick nice..........ill be posting one more wallpaper soon

sun ray can just be a combination of using an easy filter to swirl or distort straight vertical lines in a circular formation.
Or just use preloaded default symbols in photoshop already.
Same with the rainbow, you can duplicate lines, change their colors, merge the layers, and then bend them to have a nice rainbow.
Same with the vector brushes you have, those can be free handed as well

alright alright these methods i already know them .i used diffrent method.i used brush tool to make rainbow and pentool to make shine ..
