Description
When the day is right, as moon shall conquer the sun, the mare of the moon shall rise, to retake whats rightfully her. With powers of the gods, she will overthrow the millennium long Era of the Sun, to bring freedom to the world. The Lunar Era will began. - prophecy from the day when Luna was born, written by her mother.This is my next pic made in SAI where i was practicing some more. Done in 4-5 hours. I hope that everything is right here, eclipse, Luna and other stuff.
Also i wanted to somehow present the day when Lunar Republic launched their attack against Celestial kingdom. And as I belive that can happen during the Eclipse. Imagine that Luna can use the power of the moon and sun at the same time

I'm not really into the whole "Lunar Republic" thing, but the royal sisters are pretty badass.

Iam not into this also but its nice to see that there is Fanfic where Luna is trying to retake what rightfully her. And yea both sisters in particular situations are far more badass than most of world villains.

"Rightfully hers"? Luna is the rightful deity of night and the moon, and she already has those. She and Celestia rule Equestria jointly. I'm not seeing anything unreasonable in the canon.

You know how people think... if I suffered because of you, than now its time for you to suffer the same punishment. Eye for an eye.... thats the main reason behind Lunar Republic I think
And yea in canon Tia and Luna forever will be loving each other siblings. No more wars or conflicts. Just pure love and friendship....as it should be.

i have no idea who made the solar empire but the lunar republic was made up from a song called "for the lunar republic" by not a clever pony. so Clever was the one who made it
