Title says it all, eh?It's not very clear because of previously mentioned lack of scanner. Basically, it's a girl, hogtied and seen from the front. She doesn't seem to mind, though, and she is blushing as she is looking at the person standing tall above her.
Tried to make it seem like an OTN (Over The Nose) gag, but I'm not sure if I succeeded. Please give feedback once again. And keep in mind that this is mostly a (very) quick sketch (I might as well scrap it later) for me to practice some anatomy, poses and perspective.
Also, I just noticed how the person standing in front of her must have really skinny legs
My bad. I've still got a long way to go.Constructive critique is, as always, very welcome

it,S not so bad, exept the fact that the legs of the person standing in front need to be alot wider, as the further away from the point of view you get, the smaller, and the opposing factor happens, obliviously. Also the feet are slightly...*ponders for the word*Strange? Weird? Creepy? F*cked up?

I know I messed up on the legs of the person standing in front, and feet are among the hardest things to draw normally, so I've still gotta work on that.

Like I've said before, I've just started drawing. Most people will draw just about this badly at first. When I get basic anatomy right I'm gonna work on drawing curves and muscles and such, as well as clothing. Then comes stuff like adding backgrounds and shading.

I,m probably worse than that, but yes you are right, msot will be about at that detail level

Shading comes later. First is trying to draw things right.

Well, your perspective is actually pretty good.
Just remember that you have to make things evenly distributed from different angles.
Also, I notice just how splayed those legs are for that person. Still, you're getting there.

I just wanted someone to be standing in front of her, but it was suddenly impossible to make it look normal while not covering her face with the legs, hence why it looks so weird.

Truth be told, I have a hard time with that, as well.
And for someone who complained about eyes the other day, these are pretty good. 'Course, they are close-ups, but at least you shouldn't be afraid of drawing 'em.

Well, my problems with eyes isn't exactly drawing the eyes. It's more like making two identical eyes that look in the same direction. Also, I manage to draw male eyes very easily, but I had a hard time making them look feminine until I suddenly found a good way to do it. But there's still gonna be lots of blindfolds for this simple reason. That, and I might just be lazy sometimes XD

Take a look at some of my pieces. Digital linearting makes it hard to design the eyes properly, but that's beside the point.
I do understand your dilenma, but lemme explain something a bit easy: male eyes shouldn't be emphasized as much as female eyes. Give the gals eyelashes and slightly larger eyes, and keep male eyes simple.
Until then, work on blindfolds.

I figured out the difference between male and female eyes recently, so I know that now

Well, the comment meant that if you wanna draw blindfolds, go on ahead. Sometimes its best to hide our weaknesses.

Yes, the first thing I noticed was the skinny legs/feet, it does serve as a kinda big distraction, but something that can be fixed very easily. I would recommend making the legs both a bit wider to at least the equal to her head, and a tad more vertical and less wide of V shape,which can be slightly difficult to do while not blocking view of the girl. Besides that, there are a couple small/common drawing/ proportion mistakes than can be fixed over time. But overall it's good for a starter sketch, practice makes perfect, plus, it's always useful to try drawing something someone else has, and then study it for key details such as the body proportioning and angle techniques. I've barely been sketching and practicing since Cristmas, so understandably, I'm not very good. But I've drawn a lot more recently, and both of my posted drawings were made in one day. And I guess the time used shows on the quality

I think it would be a nice idea, to upload drawings you make on a schedule, so that people seeing your pictures can see your work improve over time. Plus it might just be a good excuse to have to practice drawing on a regular basis.

It just might be XD But I'm of the kind that draws whenever I feel like it and have nothing better to do.
