Well MY chainsaw goes like this: [link]

Basically with this project I had two goals: Remodel Kyra (original: [link] ) and draw (another) very impossible weapon. I succeeded in both regards, I think. Kind of wish the chainsaw had come out better; I'm not exactly a genius at technical drawings. As for the woman herself, I like the new her a lot better.

Mediums:
For Kyra: pencil on paper, colored and inked digitally in Corell Painter IX (first time digitally inking, can you tell?) Referenced an old "Blender" magazine I found lying around to get her proportions and body, which I definitely changed a lot.
Background: Spraypaint on printer paper, scanned and modified.
Text: Digital Sumi-E Ink brush (a la Okami).

And no she's not supposed to be based on any real sort of animal.

Minor Edit: Some cropping errors fixed.
