Description
clout the reosean.
ohohooo what's this?
lil ortho turntable of my supercreep Clout 10676
I have been completely enthralled by WoR don't mind my growing hoard of children
This is still a super WIP, but it's a goal of mine to submit at least one thing every month this year, so here we are! This sculpt was created for a grad school application that I've been working on and I actually did a quick and dirty pose of this guy for the app (deadline is the 1st, wish me luck!) but he's not quite done!
He still needs further sculpting, particularly his headshape and lack of ears. I'll probably repose this sculpt because mmmm those high poly details, but I also plan on working on a low poly, textured version that I can maybe rig and do a short animation cycle for.
We'll see tho - I'd like to sculpt at least one of each my different ARPG beans and don't want to hyper focus too much on any one. What species or character would people be interested in next? I've got a tyrian, souls-between hawk dragon, felvargs, tokotas, sudog, niravar, esk, or maybe some of those hottie handlers?
Anyways, surprise!!? 3D art is my main jam, but I hardly ever post it tbh. This year I'll be focusing on it and dabble in illustrations in between. Feedback is also appreciated! The musculature is a mix of canine and equire, but I also tried to stay faithful to the Reosean import proportions and keep in mind that my bean Clout is a somewhat scrawny trashnoodle.
also also, the category system is ridiculous. this is not (about the) animation, but you can't upload a gif to any of the 3D categories soooo here we are

The head kind of reminds me of a gorgonopsid from BBC's "Walking with Monsters". Maybe I should have commissioned you to draw my Ashtlaka. I keep forgetting how good you are with ferals.

This is awesome! I love the details on it! Please do post more of your main jam, this is gorgeous!
I vote tokotas for your next sculpt!
Good luck with the grad school application!

thank you so much! ;A; I didn't expect such a positive reception to my jammings, I'll definitely be happy to share more of it in the future!
that's two votes for tokos so far! I'm not sure if I try a standard, dire, or toki build squints
and thanks! I got it submitted last night and have my interview on Monday morning, so we'll see what happens >)

I'd love to see a toko sculpt because their anatomy continues to befuddle me (even though I don't even try to draw them anymore!)! This is super cool to see and I wish that I could take a closer look at all the details by zooming and panning myself lol I'm used to modeling things for engineering classes so seeing an organic shape is...kind of foreign and intriguing ha!

I actually started on a toko sculpt a while ago but never finished oof
I might not be the most accurate to the imports (as I've based all of my kiddos of of irl dog breeds and usually draw them according to that? ) but it actually might be fun to combine the canon toko anatomy with more realistic dog anatomy
Once I give him a second pass over and get him textured and posed, I'll be sure to upload some close up shots of him! :D
I am super jealous of your ability to do engineering models; I've tried to get into hard surface modeling and I'm completely inept orz

Heh I don't know if anyone has ever roughed out the actual rules of toko anatomy in any sort of "yes this is how a skeleton can actually move + muscles" so I don't think it'd be too jarring!
Yess please do!! I never was able to get into reos the way I did tokos but I still love seeing them.
I only did basic classes so I'm not the best at it! I mostly did like...just building the thing, no textures or anything. Stuff like you'd see for 3D printing models!

Ohman that muscle definition is incredible! Especially all the small things down to the paws *^*
Gorgeous work~

Thanks so much!! Musculatures have always been one of my favorite parts, so I'm glad they came across! The paws still need a little tlc

It definitely does! If this is a first pass though I can only imagine a full rendered kid~

Without the deadline looming over my head, I plan to take a quick breather on him, maybe start up a new sculpt, and then revise him refreshed! Hopefully that'll be sooner rather than later haha
