Description
I think I was set to dislike Otto at first, but damn, he had me by the end there. I even found him a little sexy. Even before he kissed the guy's forehead.'The Truth' by Terry Pratchett bloody well blew me away.
Tulip - what the hell. That gutted me.
I want to draw Sacharissa stuffing the sausage into Otto's mouth while the dwarfs sing black ribboner tunes.
And it's creepy to relate to William de Worde, even in the tiniest little way. But it makes the whole thing good.
I think that reading this book marked the moment I got old. I laughed at characters having to deal with PCness. Yup. I'm getting old.
Nah.
I'll do my hair up like Sarah Palin and see how my repub relatives deal with that over this Christmas holiday. (Seriously, I tried to go as Lydia for Halloween, but everyone thought I was Palin.)
All chars related to this lazy, quick doodle belong to Terry Pratchett.

To be fair, before I didΒ read "The Truth", I've seen Otto in other Discworld books, like those Moist vonΒ Lipwig-centred and I have not like him back then, but when he was introduced in "The Truth", I started to fell in love with him. He's such a nice guy, not to mention cute and FRICKING AWESOME! Especially in the last scene. Now I just want to see some more of him. It's also such a shame that there is only one fanfic with Otto on fanfiction.net.

"The Truth" remains my favorite Discworld book (and, indeed, one of my favorite books in general) to date.
I even found him a little sexy. Even before he kissed the guy's forehead.
Mmmmmmph ... yes ... *fans self*

This is brillaint - I loved that part of the book. Wait, forget that, I just loved that character, full stop.
And don't feel old. I'm seventeen and I laugh at that too.

OTTO! Yeah he's at the top of my Pratchett list for very similar reasons.
There is pretty much nothing about this picture that I do NOT love like a burning loving thing. His waistcoat is particularly awesome. And lawl, sword.

I still don't get the Otto thing. I got to know him through The Truth.
As always, though, love your vampire art.
