I started this intending for it to be a nice, simple picture. I just wanted to relax, and draw a cute little mermaid for Mermay real quick. It should've been easy. But no. I had to change the colors multiple times. I tried to make the background twice, before just deciding to scrap it and start over. I still kinda hate it, but I've put too much effort into this to either put in more or scrap it. AAAAAAAAAA
